The Grievance Officer also handles privacy requests, parental requests, refund disputes, content complaints and takedown notices.
3. How to raise a complaint
- Email admin@prepvora.com with the subject “Grievance”, from your account email if you have one.
- Describe the issue, the outcome you want, and include any order date, screenshots or question IDs.
- We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and give you a reference.
- We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days of receipt, and in every case within the time the law requires. Privacy requests are answered within one month.
4. If you are not satisfied
- India — consumers: National Consumer Helpline (dial 1915 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in), or file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Commission through the e-Daakhil portal (edaakhil.nic.in).
- India — personal data: after using our grievance process, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
- EU / UK: your local data-protection supervisory authority, or your local consumer-protection body.
- United States: your State Attorney General or the Federal Trade Commission (reportfraud.ftc.gov).
