60 days on a guaranteed plan
An active Pro or Elite subscription for at least 60 consecutive days before your official test. The clock starts the day you subscribe.

6 scored full-length tests (8 on Elite)
Completed and scored, not started and abandoned. Your Blueprint diagnostic counts as one. At least 2 of them must fall in the final 30 days, so the work is sustained rather than front-loaded.

1,200 questions answered (1,800 on Elite)
Across every drill, Play round and full-length test. Volume is what actually separates a 40-point gain from a 150-point one.

60% of your missed questions revisited
You have to come back to what you got wrong. We count a question as revisited when you attempt it again after missing it — this is the single habit most tied to real score movement.

35 active study days, with no break longer than 14
Distinct days you actually studied (45 on Elite). Consistency beats cramming, and a long silence undoes the gains before it.

At least 6 domains practised
You cannot drill one strong area and claim the rest. Coverage is counted from the domains attached to the questions you answered.

A baseline score on record
Either your first scored Blueprint in Prepvora, or an official score report uploaded within 14 days of subscribing. Your improvement is measured from this.

Sit the official test within 60 days, upload within 30
Sit the real SAT or ACT within 60 days of your subscription period, then upload the official score report within 30 days of its release.

Claim within 90 days
File your claim within 90 days of your official score being released. One claim per student.
What you get back
A full refund of the subscription fees you paid during the guarantee window. We review every claim within 5 business days and tell you the reason either way. If we decline and you disagree, reply to the decision and a human re-reads it.
