Acceptable Use Policy

1. Protecting our content and systems

You must not:

• scrape, crawl, spider, harvest or bulk-download questions, answers, explanations, tests, scores or other data, whether manually or with bots, scripts, browser extensions or other automated means;
• copy, republish, sell, sublicense, frame, mirror or distribute any part of the Service or its content, including on other websites, apps, social media, file-sharing services or messaging groups, except for sharing a single question for personal discussion with attribution to Prepvora;
• use any content, output or data from the Service to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate or build a machine-learning or AI model, dataset or competing product;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, prompts, system instructions, scoring logic or question-selection algorithms, except where the law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass authentication, rate limits, usage limits, paywalls or security measures (please report security issues to admin@prepvora.com instead);
• interfere with the Service, overload it, or introduce malware or harmful code.

2. Fair accounts

• Do not share, sell or rent your account, and do not use another person’s account.
• Do not create multiple or fake accounts, or use disposable identities, to get extra free tests, trials or AI usage.
• Do not impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your age or your parent’s consent.
• Do not manipulate leaderboards, streaks, scores or Score Guarantee conditions — for example, with automated answering or by having someone else study for you.

3. Test security and academic integrity

• Do not upload, post, request or share questions or content from a real (live or recent) SAT, PSAT or ACT administration, or anything that breaches a testing organisation’s security rules. We remove such material and may report serious cases.
• Do not use Prepvora to cheat on any official exam, school assessment or assignment where outside help is not allowed.
• Do not submit altered, borrowed or fake score reports.

4. Using AI features responsibly

• Do not use AI features to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, self-harm-promoting or that exploits minors.
• Do not try to jailbreak the AI, extract its instructions or bypass its safety measures.
• Do not enter other people’s personal information or your own sensitive personal information.

5. Respectful and lawful conduct

Do not harass, bully, threaten or defame anyone; upload content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy; send spam or unsolicited promotions (including referral links) to other users; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts without refund (except where the law requires one), void Score Guarantee claims, block IP addresses or devices, recover losses, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We may monitor usage patterns to detect breaches, as described in our Privacy Policy.
