To register for the SAT: 1. Create or log into your College Board account at collegeboard.org. 2. Navigate to "Register for the SAT" and complete your student profile. 3. Select your test date and testing center. 4. Upload an acceptable student photo for your admission ticket. 5. Pay the $68 registration fee or apply a fee waiver code.
Make sure your name on your College Board profile matches the government-issued photo ID or school ID you will present on test day.
Visit satsuite.collegeboard.org and create an account with your legal name and personal email.
Fill in your high school information, GPA, and intended college majors (optional questions can be skipped).
Search by zip code for nearby high schools with open seat capacity for your chosen date.
Upload a clear, forward-facing headshot against a plain background for your printable Admission Ticket.
Pay the $68 registration fee with credit card/PayPal, or enter a 12-digit counselor fee waiver code.
The standard US registration fee for the Digital SAT is $68 ($34 additional fee applies for late registration).
