How to Beat Digital SAT Math: Domain-by-Domain Strategy

The Digital SAT Math section is divided into four key domains. Understanding the weight and style of each is the first step to a 800 score.

1. Algebra (35%)

Linear equations, systems of equations, and functions. This is the foundation. If you can't solve for X in your sleep, you're not ready.

2. Advanced Math (35%)

Quadratic and exponential functions. The "tricky" part of the test. Master the vertex form and discriminant early.

3. Problem-Solving and Data Analysis (15%)

Ratios, percentages, and statistics. Often the easiest points if you read the labels carefully.

4. Geometry and Trigonometry (15%)

Area, volume, triangles, and circles. Memorize the reference sheet, but know the Unit Circle too.
